We will then email you a proof of your artwork usually within 3 working days after receiving the details for your gift. Please ensure you check the proof thoroughly for specific details, content and spellings of names. Designs are not computer generated and amendments can be made, we won't dispatch you item until your happy with your design.

· We can post to anywhere within the U.K, this is posted First Class with Royal Mail. Should you require it guaranteed or faster, please contact us as we can arrange a next day before 1pm service.

· Orders can be collected, we are based in Oldham, Lancashire. Use discount code - LOVELOCAL to collect & this removes the delivery charge.
· We can post items internationally, this will be Tracked & Signed

Refunds & Cancellations
If you are unhappy with your item because of an error on our part we will refund the full value of the item. Unfortunately we are unable to make refunds for incorrect artwork that was approved at the proofing stage.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time. Please note, for orders that are cancelled after printing you will be charged for the cost of the print. For personalised items you may be liable for the design time taken to produce your bespoke design.
